Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience in the Early Years Sector looking after children of all ages. Extremely knowledgeable in her field she has the ability to confidently recognise if a child has any Special Educational or Additional Needs. Charlotte loves nothing more than creating fun and quality learning experiences for the children and enjoys happily learning and playing with them all day. Charlotte particularly loves being outdoors and is excited to deliver Forest School Activity Sessions to teach our children about the natural world.

  • Owner / Deputy Nursery Manager / Early Years Educator
Penny has 17 years’ experience in the business and administration field with a focus in Education for the last 9 Years. Penny a mum herself is passionate about her community and delivering high quality childcare in the Early Years whilst maintaining an eye on sustainability and how we can all contribute to protecting the environment for future generations to come.

  • Early Years Educator & Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Jack is a senior staff member and has years of experience working with children aged 0–4. Forest School trained and passionate about providing the best care and learning experiences, he brings enthusiasm and patience to every day. Outside work, he enjoys motorsports, playing guitar, golf, and spending time with his two cheeky cats, Cosmo and Jasper.

  • Leoni Sparke
  • Early Year Educator (Apprentice)

Leoni has worked with children aged 2 to 8 since leaving school, bringing warmth, creativity, and dedication to our setting. She’s passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and inspiring educational experiences. With a love for roller skating and her bursts of singing Disney songs, she adds fun and energy to her work, creating joyful, memorable moments for every child.

Emma is a highly experienced Level 3 practitioner with over 32 years in childcare. As a mother to two teenagers and a devoted wife, she brings wisdom, energy, and a deep commitment to every child in her care. Emma’s enthusiasm for swimming and staying active reflects her lively, hands-on style in the nursery, where she thrives on keeping children engaged, safe, and happy every day.

  • Nursery Practitioner

Chelle brings years of valuable experience to our team and has a real passion for working with young children. She especially enjoys messy play and loves getting involved in hands-on, creative activities. With a natural flair for setting up fun and engaging learning experiences, Chelle helps make everyday exciting for the children. Outside of nursery, she enjoys family life with her partner and child.

  • Clare Burlace
  • Nursery Practitioner (Bank Staff)

Clare’s childcare career has spans over 2 decades since 2009, she holds a level 2 and 3 Early Years Diploma as well as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification. She is very experienced in Early Years as well as at the Primary level. 

Clare is brilliant with all children in her care, she’s extremely intuitive and knows how to get the best out of them. She’s very creative and sets fun and interesting activities.
