Jack is a senior staff member and has years of experience working with children aged 0–4. Forest School trained and passionate about providing the best care and learning experiences, he brings enthusiasm and patience to every day. Outside work, he enjoys motorsports, playing guitar, golf, and spending time with his two cheeky cats, Cosmo and Jasper.

Leoni has worked with children aged 2 to 8 since leaving school, bringing warmth, creativity, and dedication to our setting. She’s passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and inspiring educational experiences. With a love for roller skating and her bursts of singing Disney songs, she adds fun and energy to her work, creating joyful, memorable moments for every child.

Kim is a dedicated early years educator and proud mum, passionate about providing the best childcare and educational experiences. With a nurturing approach, she creates a supportive and engaging environment for every child. Her commitment to growth, learning, and well-being ensures each child thrives in her care.

A dedicated and nurturing Level 3 practitioner with two young children of her own, she brings a strong passion for high-quality childcare. Her calm, caring presence supports children’s development in a secure and stimulating environment. She values outdoor learning and is inspired by raising her own family in nature, surrounded by farm animals, which she brings into her practice with a love for nature-based play.

- Nursery Practitioner
Holly is a kind and thoughtful Level 2 qualified nursery assistant, bringing a warm and inclusive approach to her work. As a mum of three with her partner and family dog, she understands the unique needs of each child. Holly has a special interest in supporting children with SEN, using her hands-on experience to nurture confidence and communication. She also enjoys exploring different cuisines and loves helping the children discover and enjoy new foods through sensory and cultural experiences.

Emma is a highly experienced Level 3 practitioner with over 32 years in childcare. As a mother to two teenagers and a devoted wife, she brings wisdom, energy, and a deep commitment to every child in her care. Emma’s enthusiasm for swimming and staying active reflects her lively, hands-on style in the nursery, where she thrives on keeping children engaged, safe, and happy every day.

Clare’s childcare career has spans over 2 decades since 2009, she holds a level 2 and 3 Early Years Diploma as well as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification. She is very experienced in Early Years as well as at the Primary level.
Clare is brilliant with all children in her care, she’s extremely intuitive and knows how to get the best out of them. She’s very creative and sets fun and interesting activities.
